Only 1 person working at peak time on a Saturday afternoon, so ridiculous. I don't blame the till operator who was doing the best they could, but why not get 2 people on even for a couple of hours to deal with the rush? Queue just kept getting longer and longer

Rubbish. Came in today. I checked their website first to make sure it was open. It said it was. So now here I am, having come from Gloucester to post an overseas letter & it?s actually closed. So thanks for wasting my time. I can?t even use any of the self help machines as they are also closed. No wonder Royal Mail is struggling.

Only 1 person on who serving everyone this includes people with passports that need to be checked, 1 person who is walking around aimlesslyI am so annoyed I have physical disabilities and waited for over 55 minutes to be served.All I wanted was a recorded delivery but because the machines at the side are CARD ONLY I had to wait in the queue.But also annoying that you only have 1 staff member on to serve 9 people who were in the queue when I was thereAnd was the 4th to be served @ 55minutes NOT ON!

Had to pick up my parcel, so after I was waiting for like 15 minutes I gave the card left by the postman to the woman behind the window, then she says; this isn't what she needs, it's the QR code, you should be ready, I don't have time for this! I've found the QR in my email, between making faces and rolling her eyes: you need to confirm your naamee... ( what she forgot so she went in and out twice..)Pls go to clean toilets in tesco, that's suits you!I guess the be respectful sign above the window doesn't apply her!She was also shouting on the other lady who was doing everything 10x faster than than her! What a rude bish ?AVOID THIS PLACE!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but only three of them (1 helping with style service points, one at a counter and one behind the counter) and a long queue!

Visited on Sunday, after checking the opening times on the Post Office website, but found it closed. Visiting the following day I saw only a small A4 sign advising that the branch is closed on Sundays. Waited 35-minutes then told that the Amazon item I had come to collect could not be processed because the phone they used for that had not been charged. They then attached their phone to the charger - which always helps! I then had to wait while it charged sufficiently. To be fair, despite this utterly shambolic service, the lady who served me was polite and apologetic. My advice would be never to visit this branch unless you absolutely have to.

Waited 45 minutes. Unbelievable Saturday morning. Only one lovely lady working on post office shop floor. Yes she was doing 4 people at one time bless her so polite, no one was rude to her as you could see she was working hard. One women behind the rgt hand side counter looking on from Q ,but sooooo slow you could tell she didn't want to be at work.Long story..... BUT come on Saturday. Crazy. 16.09.23.

Truly terrible. You have to queue up to send prepaid returns with a QR code that takes seconds to print. Spend your entire lunch break waiting for something that takes mere moments. Hideously understaffed and lack of technology solutions that would meet the needs of 90% of customers. Shambolic but clearly Royal Mail aren?t interested in improving based on the negative reviews over many years. Avoid!

Terrible x100.. I use this office all the time (as it's the only one in Cheltenham) I use it for returning online purchases which require an employee, as your self service counters do not work for pre paid parcels. I can only use this office during peak hours due to having a full time job. Yesterday 1st August. there were 20 people in the queue waiting to be seen. ONE Employee desk open, ONE employee manning the self service desks. there was 1 person "working" In the office completely ignoring the queue. the one person desk were helping doing a passport application which took 15-20 mins. the person dealing with self service took no attention to the main queue. customers who were 3/5 deep in the queue kept going up to here and she then just served them by leaning over a closed desk desk to deal with their requests meaning they were skipping the LONG queue and actually getting their requests dealt with. I was in that queue for 45 mins and I get a 1 hour lunch. and this has happened 4/5 times in the last 12 months. I have made a formal complaint online and their only advice was to speak and ask the team in branch when it is quieter. the fix here is VERY SIMPLE!!! -1. Employ more staff2. Learn where the demand is and learn how to manage a queue system effectively3. Spend some money on your branch to bring it in to the 21st Century4. Get your self service to deal with QR CODES for pre paid returns.Avoid at all costs if you don't want to walk out of here in a bad mood witnessing poor standards. in addition to my review. I don't blame the staff for acting the way they do they are over worked and probably under paid dealing with way too many customers. by adding just 1 extra person on shift your problem halves ITS THAT SIMPLE!!!!!

Not the fault of stuff but it is woefully understaffed. Be prepared to wait for 10+ minutes to be seem with queues snaking outside of the queue fencing. It's a joke

Awful, queued for 30 minutes and only moved one place in the queue. Saturday afternoon I would expect it to be busy but so should the post office. 1 staff member working just isn't enough
