Very helpful when my new iPhone 14 was cracked and scratched all around the edges after opening it up, went into store where some lovely gentleman helped us and explained that going through online will mean if your new phone is damaged then they can return that but can only do it once, after this we called and was on hold for 25 minutes before speaking to someone who told us they can?t do anything to help as we should have opened the box within 72 hours of getting it but was waiting as phone case did not come yet then we spoke to a manager who told us differently so the gentleman in store helped to communicate to these people on the phone and in the end helped us to solve our issue.

Been ringing the store for the pass hour and no one is answering. Taking the mick. Calling because I'm fed up with trying to deal with customer services. Been with three for 2months and it's driving me to cancel my contract. But if I terminate now, I have to pay for the whole 2 years, being penalise for your screw ups!!!

Place where closed even if google stated that it was open. When knocked at the door to only for how many days they will be closed so I can come back the other day they wouldn't even open the door for one minute. I had to drive there 40mins one way as it it the closest branch to where I live. Very poor customer service

We had trouble with a SIM card we purchased in Australia.At the Cheltenham store we got exceptional service from Michelle.She was amazingly helpful, honest, appropriately chatty, personable AND she helped solve our problem.She was, and is, a CHAMPION.Thankyou.

Sold me a more expensive PAYG when I asked for a monthly rolling unlimited SIM only. Avoid, they don't care about you, just making money for themselves.

Nothing wrong with Three's customer service, but the reality is in central Cheltenham there's only mediocre 4G whereas O2 and Vodaphone is 5G.
