Store: I came in with an issue regarding my contract and the lady in store was able to identify and solve my issue in a matter of minutes, great stuff! Even remembered me as she served me a couple of weeks prior.Vodafone: The app does not communicate very well. As a customer it's not clear you pay your first bill yourself, not automated. Automated assistants are hopeless when you want to speak to someone. Had to take time out of work to get this sorted before a holiday abroad. Somehow vodafone lost my payment details resulting in an overpayment charge text that was not my fault.

Went in to get my 11 year old daughter a phone and to look into a new contract for myself.After a short wait we were served by Alex, a very knowledgeable and helpful young man. He explained all the different options and got us up and running in no time.They have a good selection of phones, tablets and laptops.There is a section where young children can play games on tablets in the store. Plants versus zombies would buy a parent a bit of time to sort out their business.

Zero stars! Came back to Vodafone after terrible service at Lebara, only to get even worse service! How is it possible that 6 service consultants cannot fix the issue...7 days no service now and the only answer I get is wait 24 hrs....wait 24 hrs...wait 24 hrs...wait 24 hrs! This is ridiculous Vodafone!

Not good at all. I went there to sort out my contract only to be told that Vodafone do not accept LTD company payments now, even though I have been paying this way on this account for the last 10 years.You lose Vodafone. I will remind all of my business friends about this.If your a Ltd company they don't want your business unless you're prepared to pay from your personal account and not a business one.

Awful customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before going there today to discuss my upgrade. It was a simple discussion over two phones next to each other. My third and final question was dismissed as one other customer entered the shop. I was asked to form another queue in order to give this customer preferential treatment. I won't be back and will instead speak to someone online.

Was the last time I visited Cheltenham shop as the advisor was rude and patronised me. When my plan is finished (which already trying to finish it before end due not honour the agreement and for wrong billing) I will try to avoid even to walk outside that store.

Scumbag company.If you go there in person to change your plan they will do everything they can to make you get the most expensive one.And if you don't buy anything from them in a while they start making calls to you every day saying "You NEED to upgrade your phone. Please visit a Vodafone store." These calls were not fake - when I asked about this in the store they told me that the calls are genuineThey will also constantly advertise to you over text and you can't block their number.The only good thing I've heard is that they will apparently give you broadband cheaper as an existing customer

Service is always excellent here. Just ashame about Vodafone's systems, had to wait for systems to complete process, as it turned out overnight. Staff went above and beyond to come in on their day off to complete my upgrades.
