“Popped in for bread and milk in Cirencester and ended up buying more items! We were served by Louise who was very friendly and helpful, also if I needed help packing my bag. She deserves 5 stars. She bid us farewell with a smiley face saying enjoy the rest of your day. It is always a pleasure to shop there. The rest of the staff are always friendly..”

“Lidl is a good place to go for toiletries as they're good value. Also like their wholefood range and bakery section. We picked the right time to go as the queues weren't too bad.”

“It's a smallish supermarket in Cirencester with low prices provided you shop sensibly. Other Supermarkets are price matching to Aldi but still pays to shop around.Still good bargains if you are savvy.”

“The only Tesco store I've visited in 10 years where I've never had to queue. Well staffed, always spotless and I've never had to park farther than 50 yards from the entrance.”

“I have been visiting the Waitrose Cafe in Cirencester with my partner for our Friday evening coffee for about a year now and I can honestly say that it has been one of our best decisions. The customer service received is always brilliant; the staff are always warm and friendly. In particular, the young tall blonde chap that we have encountered on multiple occasions is one of the most polite and helpful people I have ever met. His customer service is professional and efficient; he always delivers a courteous welcome and ensures that we have everything we need for a wonderful experience. The coffee is great; it's tasty, fresh, and reasonable priced. The cafe atmosphere is always pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, I can highly recommend the Waitrose Cafe in Cirencester to anyone looking for a great experience.”

“I work as a volunteer at Cirencester Hospital and today a lovely member of staff from the Coop came by with a couple of bags of goodies for all the vaccinators, admin staff and volunteers to share. Very generous, thoughtful and kind gesture. Really appreciated and thank you. Happy Christmas to you all at the Coop Food - Petrol Cirencester.”
