The staff at Coleford Post Office are the best! They are so helpful, patient and kind, especially Tanith and Steve. I have driven them mad for months trying to sort out my driving licence, when DVLA have been no help. They have gone out of their way to provide superb customer service. Thank you so much.

The opening hours are mon-fri 8-10 and sat 8-12. Not open all day like it says on Google, very frustrating! ?

My wife went here to post an assortment of parcels and letters. She says that the staff, particularly Tannith and Steve who were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help her with her complicated requests, maintaining a great sense of humour throughout. She then returned a day later, this time being served by Jayne who was equally as helpful and charming. She says the whole experience there is fantastic and had no hesitation in returning there again!

The staff at this branch which I visit regularly are wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful and are always calm and professional. I have used many Post Offices over the years and can truly say the team in Coleford are the best.

Wasn't too happy to be told by the lady that I have to send first class because my parcel won't be recieved before Christmas so I will have to pay more for first, but to find out that online it says that 2nd would've delivered it on time! Cheeky, and a rip off!

Went there to sort out a new driving licence. Very unhelpful wasn't interested in helping. Yet it says online they will help with application. Very disappointed with customer service.

As a generic post office it's absolutely fine but it states on the post office website that you can have dbs identification checks done here but you can't.
