First in the queue after 17 minute wait. Then another 3 people served whilst waiting for my prescription, I asked if mine was ready when I was already told that the lady would process it (waiting in the basket) so I asked & intervened as she was ignoring me, Then she said it has to be checked & didn?t even look at me? If you wish to see an example of poor customer service then be prepared. Boots will no doubt be the next retailer to go & this won?t help them. I decided to go elsewhere & left. Got there at 13:50 as it closed until 2pm. 27minutes is long enough for nothing.

Appreciate staff work hard and are busy but as you can never get through on the phone please can you update your opening hours to reflect the pharmacy opening hours now they?ve been reduced somewhat so customers don?t have to travel to store only to be faced with a closed sign or try every department extension number by phone to try and find out. Save the staff and customers no end of time - many thanks

Appreciate that the staff are busy and work hard however the pharmacy can be very slow. Waiting times of up to 45 minutes are not uncommon. Hopefully more staff can be employed to support.I have also had issues when using the NHS app and not receiving a message that medication is ready, even after a week.

Terrible pharmacy. I had to visit on 3 occasions to get my prescription spending at least 30 mins in the queue with the final visit taking over an hour. Avoid at all costs if you want to use your prescription

It's convenient to have access to healthcare products and medications in one location. The pharmacy staff was friendly and approachable, making it easy to ask questions or seek assistance when needed.On the downside, I found the perfume collection to be somewhat limited. While there were options available, it would have been great to see a wider range of brands and fragrances. However, this might vary depending on personal preferences, and it's worth noting that the store excelled in other areas.Parking was plentiful at the Emersons Green Boots store, which was a relief. The ample parking space ensures that customers can easily find a spot, even during peak hours, making the shopping experience more convenient.Frequent discounts were also a pleasant surprise. It's always great to find good deals, and the store seemed to offer regular promotions and discounts on various products. This is a definite advantage for savvy shoppers looking to save some money.

Staff lovely, but the queues ... I was in there for 40 mins in the middle of the dayTheir systems seem really slow and one person is doing everything...Honestly my advice is get your prescription sent somewhere else.

Today is the third time, I wait in a long queue, and when my turn comes get told your medicines ( (are not ready, or prescription not sent by GP, or or or sent to old pharmacy even the NHS app says it is the Boot pharmacy etc..) and send back to discover later that my medications are under the nose of a lazy dispenser!! . They haven?t heard about annual pay for NHS drugs prescription either;It is a shocking disgust!

The staff are always courteous, polite, professional and pleasant. An assistant called Anya helped me choose my next pairs of glasses and the advice she gave was invaluable, and I took it !

2nd update, still the same, queue now even longer, due to another pharmacy closing near by. Understaffed, not just the pharmacy the entire shop.Feel for the staff but waiting for over 45 mins to be served it ridiculous!February review....Avoid, always has a long queue. Staff are not customer focused.Take your prescription somewhere else

Really, really gone downhill massively.... used to get all my prescriptions sent here, used to be amazing. Really well organised.I do feel really bad for the staff working under so much pressure but they need a new system and why is nothing being done to help them?!I have a prescription I need to collect once a week, and used to go Saturdays. 2 hours I queued once. Swapped my collection day to a Wednesday, and still I was in there 45 - 90 mins every week without fail. Even with 3 people in front I'd wait 40mins. I was dealing with this each week for 5 months.They just let the queue pile up. Once, I'd been queuing since 1615 (even left work early purely for prescription)! And at 1730 the pharmacist came out and said "we won't be able to get you all seen today we close at 6"!! I said that I have a special, weekly prescription to get and she said oh well we'll do that one. That is not acceptable treatment after queuing for 1 hour15 to then almost be turned away!!I've now swapped pharmacies and omg the difference is amazing. In and out, no crazy queues, they answer the phone.I've complained via resolver and not even had a response since January & I will be calling to complain. Again, I do feel bad for the staff but why is nobody doing anything to help them?! Or providing a system? Regularly they serve one person then wander off doing other stuff for 15mins. I'm so glad I don't go here any more. If you've had same experience recently, please also complain!!

I am fully aware and appreciate that the pharmacy is busy, but I have witnessed and been subject to bluntness, rudeness, raised voices, been spoken over the top of, and down right awful customer service. The only saving grace was my sheer luck at arriving at a queue that only took 15 minutes rather than the poor sods who were stood at the back of the queue, at the opposite end of the shop.I have even started sentences with "I ordered a couple of weeks ago and I appreciate you've been busy, so I just wondered-" only to be interrupted and snapped back at with the literal same words I was saying i.e. that they are very busy. I did however notice that no one was adopting a sense of urgency to clear the massive queue.Save yourself the stress, go to **anywhere** other than here.

I got to Boots at 0859 and despite being the 5th person in the pharmacy queue I still had to wait 20 minutes. During this time 10+ people joined the queue behind me. I needed to use the BMI machine but turns out it's broken - is it too much effort to put a sign up so I didn't have to waste that 20 minutes of my life? The pharmacy is such an unpleasant experience, really needs more staff and/or different management or something. I feel so bad for the staff that are here, they must be under such an enormous amount of pressure. Avoid this pharmacy!

The chemists in this store is a disgrace. They are understaffed and no one appears to care that people are waiting for ages to get to the counter. Then you are told the prescription is still waiting to be made up, even if it arrived there two weeks ago. So another wait until it's made up. Boots management you should be ashamed of yourselves.
