First time buyers here, connells were helpful, Kim was very helpful and got things done for myself and my partner, no complaints and would reccomend to anyone going through the process of buying a property.

Very dishonest people, Craig withheld my rental deposit for his office Christmas party. You think you're dealing with a big and reputable company but at branch level they're more shady than anyone else. They also have xenophobic tendencies, and refuse to help foreigners.

I've dealt with Connells in Filton for over 10 years and always had great service. THis time Kim was my mortgage advisor and she has been exceptional throughout; Always keeping my informed of the progress, additional requirements from the lender etc and never any delays.Absolutely recommend

Really fantastic service. All dead easy and clearly explained anything I didn't understand. Never felt pressured. The entire team at Filton could not have been more helpful in getting to market and then selling my property. Particularly Charlie, Jess and the manager, Kate (all of whom I met) listened carefully to my requirements and I am sure their very professional approach was evident to the prospective buyers who came and on whom I am sure it made an excellent impression, making my selling much easier. I have had a first class experience with Connells and would highly recommend them.

Not a very professional bunch. I definitely wouldn?t sell my house with these guys after my experience as a buyer trying to view property. Made arrangements to view only to find person hadn?t registered me despite taking details and arranging viewing then on second attempt after an eventual email confirmation no one bothered to turn up to appointment or ring to apologise. Cash buyer lost! I?d be extremely cross if I was the vendor!

I found this branch to be unprofessional. I put an offer in on a house and they kept pushing me for more money saying that the other buyer offer they received wasn?t verified. They then booked me for a second viewing and didn?t bother calling me back to say they had sold it to the other buyer. They also forced me to go into the branch to do financial verification when I told them it would be a waste of my time as I could not offer any higher (resulting in me having to take my newborn with me which was just really inconsiderate.
