Wow! What helpful sales staff at Dreams, Filton. We went it told them our budget and bam, there it was, a really comfy double mattress. Thank Lesley, great advice and coffee.

We had problems with WiFi that the staff were unable to resolve. and were generally unhelpful. Many problems with the room - too hot with inadequate fan, low water pressure, who wants BBC with no sound etc etc

The advantage of premier Inns is that you know what to expect, which is a big advantage when visiting the UK where hotels can be very variable in quality. This particular Premier Inn had all the standard features, but was a bit worn down and we had to change rooms due to terrible smells from the drains in one room. However, the staff were wonderful and this definitely made up for the short comings in the property. They moved us swiftly and efficiently and were very obliging. While the location of this hotel was convenient for our visit, it does suffer from the disadvantage of being sited on what is essentially a traffic island, which means there is a lot of traffic noise in most of the rooms. In additon, the advertised attached restaurant (Brewers Fayre) had recently been permanently closed (were were informed of this shortly before we arrived after we had already booked and paid) and so dining options were limited. Overall, though it was very good value for money and we were happy with the final room we were given.

Rudest woman on the phone, refused a refund despite having evidence of a 30 degree room with a child. Said she didn?t care what the government site says because their site says no air con - not true - it was installed three weeks ago in the foyer for their staff! Refused refund and hung up when I asked for the details for a subject access request to get the recording of the call!! Good luck with this one guys, because it?s not looking good when I get that call! I had to take my son and book a second hotel - we never even stayed!!

Staff are amazing!!! Accommodation is poor. Corridors on ground floor that lead to the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Room smelled musty and damp. They provided a fan as there is no air con. WiFi was patchy, toilets were backing up.

Damp, dirty, smelt, no sleep, itched all night from the bed, breakfast cold, dried up and no selection, dirty plates, raised complaint and no one has bothered to get in touch even though we raised at the time and after

A massive let down. I booked this hotel for the pool, wasn?t informed before booking that it would be under refurbishment and unavailable. I paid more for the pool and was offered £5 compensation. What a joke, what a disappointment and won?t be going back, or considering a gym membership now.

Could do with air con, however Lewis on reception was amazing, provided us with a fan which ease the burden we also had a problem with the W/C , he wasn?t just a receptionist he sorted out the plumbing a true credit to the company.
