This branch has been the least helpful HSBC branch I have been to, the manager is rude and didn't like it when he was asked why some documents had not been sent to another branch as per their request.
Not only that they seem to be unable to answer emails and telephones, I must have left half a dozen messages on their answer phone and about the same with emails.
The best bit is that they don't even respond to their colleagues or have the respect to even email.
As a result I am changing my branch as there is no way am I being treated like dirt!!!!

Good fast service with helpful staff and rarely queue for more than a few minutes
