Very nice staff, Vet has been great with every animal we've taken there. No longer sells birds but sells bird toys. Would recommend for animal toys and food

I have used this store on quite a few occasions, whilst I do not have a dog myself but good on present for a friends dog - I have done both walking in and buying and also click and collect (this saves the postage and I just combine it with visiting the area as I now no longer live in Filton but it is the easiest store for me to get to) Variety of things to buy - no reason to complain and try to go at queitr times anyway

Staff always seem too busy chatting to themselves to serve customers effectively, don?t greet customers. Is it so hard to say hello? Luckily the animals are cute here.
