Amazing service from both Filton store and Head Office. I had a slight problem with boots for my daughter. I spoke to Anna, Deputy Manager at Filton who directed me to Aidan at Head office. The issue was dealt with very quickly. I would definitely recommend for all skiing needs.

Great place. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Really good service. I needed an adjustment after the initial fitting and completed with no quibble and told I could go back if any problems after my holiday.Can't fault them!

All the boys fitting are amazing And a credit to snow and rock, I've always sent my partner and her friend in for custom fitting is a absolute must.

Fantastic service, wouldn?t consider going anywhere else other than this place. George (who served me) was super friendly and knowledgable, and took his time to explain everything about the ski boots, the fit etc despite it being busy all around. Really pleased to have come away with a proper fitting pair of ski boots!

It says Sale but there is no sale whatsoever they are misleading customers and is super expensive !

Booking a boot fitting slot, travelling distance and finding no more than 1 pair of boots in my size, with very little ski boots available in store is very poor.

Had some issues with ski boots previously supplied and fitted by S&R. Although a long time had passed, the issue was sorted and I now have properly fitting boots. Especially good service from George. Cheers

It is generally a good shop with pleasant staff. However I felt when buying these ski pants there was a bit of a limited range of brands and colours on offer. The staff were able to help me obtain some instore discount which was nice.

First the negative - company wouldn't price match a pair of ski boots they had in stock to a non-uk internet price.That said Olly expertly fitted some shift bindings to my new skis - excellent knowledge and initiative especially when early communications were not great. Would definitely recommend this service and would use again

We were unpleasantly surprised by how little stock this shop holds - massive floor space but very limited men/women's selection, compare it to the Cirencester branch which seems to at least hold all the Cotswold Outdoor range on site. Worst still is the Snow and Rock range - incomprehensible.Staff are friendly but when asked about clothing recommendations refer to items found online - what's the point of having a shop then?It's autumn, people are looking for winter gear and yet with stores like this it's not hard to see why people buy online.

shops dead cool in bristol, but all the shoes are 40 odd quid cheaper online elsewhere tbh
