We went to the Cheltenham store where Mike manning one of the customer service assistants was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like some of the other shops we visited. It was an easy process from choosing the sofa to ordering and paying.Thanks Mike.

Really great service, helped by Mike Manning. Really nice salesman who gave us lots of things to think about when buying our sofas, left us alone to consider the options and answered all our questions. He sold us our bed too would highly recommend seeking him out if you go into the Cheltenham branch.

This review is at the company not the staff here.Would put 0 stars if possible!Staff were brilliant at this store.Purchased a sofa in November 2022 and was due to be delivered for January 2023. This was delayed until March.When the sofa arrived there was a large gap in the middle of the sofa. We were aware this is needed for the sofa to extend however this gap is very large!We booked for a 'specialist' to arrive and examine the sofa. This was booked through AHF. The male arrived and said he didn't know what to put it down as but incorrectly sized. He pushed the sofa materials together (which anyone could do). Took photos and relayed this back to AHF. They accepted this however you only needed to sit back on the sofa for the large gap to reappear.We are still not happy and will attach images as they are today.I would not recommend AHF because we are still paying for a sofa which is faulty and the warranty is clearly pointless! I have gone through the complaints department which did not help.Am I expected to push the sofa back together each time I sit on it?

Today I went into this store for the first time. After a short while a young lady named Carys Mitchell approached myself and my husband.She asked if we were ok and needed any help. We replied just looking at the moment. She left us to browse and said I?m here if you need any help . We personally love that approach. No pressure felt very comfortable looking around the store . When we were ready to ask some questions she was brilliant, explained everything to us. Needles to say we made our purchase. Lovely ,friendly, and helpful.You made our experience in your store a pleasure experience. ?

Purchased leather chairs and sofa. Also was sold insurance policy for £175 on top of purchase price after only 7 months one chair leather started To peel. Using insurance claimed and was told not covered. Use manufactures warranty claimed they sent engineer who reported not there fault and refused to help..DO NOT BUY from this company after sales service and customer care non existent. Have written to managing director no response so only avenue is to go to furniture ombudsman. Problem has got worse in just two weeks from photos being taken . Avoid this firm at all costs.

Please do NOT BUY from this company. They are only interested in selling. Follow up Customer Service is appalling. I went into the Gloucester store today to specifically speak to the manager regarding a dining table set we purchased from them. He was totally disinterested in helping. I was astounded when his advice was to go to the furniture ombudsman as there was nothing he was prepared to do to help. POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Sat in the car park as i write this review. We were helped by a young gentleman named Connor. He came over and asked if we needed help, explained the wardrobes to us and put no pressure on us to buy at all. When we were ready he walked us through everything so professionally and was very knowledgeable. He is an asset to the team and his customer service was fantastic! Looking forward to our new wardrobe!!

I bought a courdry corner until ladcyear in cream. It's actually comfortable but unfortunately I am getting black specks on the couch and no amount of hoovering won't get rid of them. I don't know if that is themmproblem with the material or a fault wouldn't buy again

Went in for a sofa staff was very lovely we had Sue we went and got carpet first then come back the next day. She was very helpful and we got out sofa in the Black Friday deal.

I paid for sofa on Sunday it was delivered next day which was surprising as it was bank holiday staff very good regarding queries I had about sofa and delivery delivery was good staff very helpful

Recently we bought two sofas from AHF Gloucester. After a long waiting period of 8 months the sofa delivered to us. The sofa was assembled by the staff who delivered the item on the spot. Firstly they were failed to notify us that the two legs of one of the sofa was missing. Followed by several phone alls and email from us AHF sent me two legs, but they were the wrong ones, so I contacted the store, who claimed there was nothing they could do and that I should contact main office. I'm still looking for the spares, but I'm not getting anywhere . I'm not sure I can put my faith in this firm. How are they able to provide a lifetime guarantee? Service is awful.

When purchased we made part payment and part finance. We purchased a bed and sofas in November 2021. I advised by the sales advisor, delivery will be end of March. I then received a phone call to say it?s scheduled for 15/04/22.My bed in the meantime fell apart. The bed is ready but they cannot deliver it because the sofas were not ready. I explained my partner and I both suffer with a bad back and us sleeping on the floor is not doing us any good. I requested if the bed could be delivered and they we were happy to start paying the finance early although sofas are not ready. I was informed that would not be possible. Out of frustration I wanted to cancel the bed and buy from somewhere else only to be told I signed an agreement where I couldn?t cancel the order. My good sales advisor has not made that clear at the time of purchase.I have now been told it?s scheduled for the 22/05/22. I will then have to wait further few weeks for delivery to be arranged by the store!! I have been waiting for 6 months and the best thing they can do is arrange a £50 deduction. In the meantime my back has deteriorated so much that I am on constant pain relief! I asked for a manager to call me back and was informed 4 weeks ago they?d contact me in 24-48 hours time. I am yet to receive a call. They clearly don?t want their customers going back to them. No wonder why the shop looks dead! It?s clearly on its last leg! Absolutely disgusted by it all! I wouldn?t touch them with a 10 foot pole in the future!
