GP requested a basic dressing for my son following a major operation. When going to collect the dressing after ample time, the dressing was not there. There was some dispute over whether they supplied dressings at all, eventually a member of staff said they did and that they?d order it. They told me to come back the next day to collect. When we went back the next day, they said it hadn?t arrived and that they tried to me that they didn?t do dressings. However, they said to come back on the following day as it may arrive that afternoon. When a family member went to collect it again, the staff said ?you?re the third person to come, we?ve already told you we don?t do dressings?. The staff were rude and didn?t appear to have any idea what they?re doing, giving us conflicting information. I will be gladly switching my pharmacy of choice.

The worst pharmacy I've ever come across. Thank God this is the last time I'm using them and have changed back to Hucclecote Pharmacy. Customer service non existent, don't even acknowledge customers when they come in and have twice made mistakes on prescriptions. No apology and tried to blame me because their "computer is always right". Laughable and a complete shambles. Avoid at all costs.

20 times I phoned in half an hour ! And no-one answeted ...... discussed ! Very bad for business. Phone and order your prescription they say !!! But don't answer.... so how does that work ?

The lovely pharmacist at the branch followed up on my flu jab appointment. He dicussed my completely unrelated issue, offered more help than the consultant and called me back multiple times to see how I was getting on the whole of November. I had an operation a few months ago and he went out of his way to do research at home to educate me further. Given these difficult times, he was very charming and wish he was the permanent there. Very satisfied and grateful to him

More staff needed. Only 2 ladies dealing with prescriptions and no service for other needs.Waited over 10 minutes with no other customers there. Realise now why there is always people waiting.

The pharmacist at Brockworth gave us some sound advice, which later helped with the diagnosis of our daughter! He was very knowledgeable and didn't rush us, even though he had a few people waiting for him! Would deffo come back for the same level of service ??

If I could leave less than 1 star I would!This is the 3rd time I?ve collected a prescription from this chemist and I have received the same bad experience each time. The staff look up when you walk in but do not acknowledge you or even smile! Each time I have been the only customer in there and have been stood waiting to be served feeling awkward. The staff are rude, look miserable and quite frankly if they can?t even atleast fake a smile then they shouldn?t be working in a customer facing role!

I visit this pharmacy often. In comparison to other pharmacy's around brockworth they are really good. The girls are friendly helpful and adhere to helping you and if the item is not in they get it as soon as they can. Best phramcy in brockworth
