Excellent service and so dog friendly - they even have a special dog menu! Although the options sound really good, they are actually just a bag of treats though! Our food was delicious and speedily provided. An excellent place to eat and a good price. Very disappointing visit here for lunch today. We had booked a table (family of 4 with dog), but still had to wait nearly 10 minutes in a queue to get inside the building. The staff were very friendly when we were seated and took our order promptly. However it was then 50 minutes before any food was served with no explanation or apology. The 'All Day Brunch' had clearly been sitting on the pass far too long - the baked beans were congealed and the tops of the fried eggs were like leather. The staff did offer to replace it without quibble, but it meant the rest of the group had finished their meals before mine arrived. The final straw was the automatic 12.5% service charge for quite poor service. There are lots of attractive restaurant options in Gloucester Quays so suggest you pick one of the others!

Perfect breakfast in a nice setting - the food was fresh, albeit not the orange juice. Tea and coffee servings are huge. I appreciate seeing a lot of vegan options.

Had a group of 12 of us for the Christmas meal deal last Saturday (16th)Staff were their usual attentive and helpful selves, and the venue is superb for groups. All three courses came out together, and bar lacking in plenty of roasters was good for all our group.Only gripe was that the drinks menu appeared to be a special one linked to the Christmas deal, and seemed considerably more expensive?

Had a decent meal here, happy to make menu tweaks. I had the chicken shawarma which was lovely, other half had burger but the portion for him was really small. We didn't stop for pud. Was ok, I'd go back but he wouldn't be too keen. Lovely server, nice place.

This was a very relaxing restaurant to eat in, with an excellent atmosphere. The waitress, Donna, was extremely efficient and had a brilliant sense of humour. Us Northerners love a bit of banter. I'm gluten free, but that wasn't an issue. I was given my own menu, which made ordering easy. The house burger was delicious, and I soon polished it off. For dessert, I had the banoffee sundae. Shortbread base, white chocolate mousse, cream and ice cream. I couldn't fault the meal. We had a leisurely meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant - and Donna. Many thanks.Dietary restrictions: The separate allergens menu made ordering simple. Very well organised.

Visited at 10am this morning, apparently they're so busy that you don't get your drinks until after the food! Nice place to sit in and nice atmosphere but nothing special about the breakfast at all except the price, seems over priced for something very average. Left disappointed. Also disappointed that all breakfast options were basically toast based

Lovely food, superb service. Went here when we were in a rush and wanted a bacon roll at 4 pm. Super kind and helpful staff, delivered a lovely bacon roll within 5 mins. We were delighted. Waitress even asked if we wanted eggs, just as i was thinking that i wish we asked for an egg. Thank you again to the staff and chef.

I went to Bills Gloucester last week with my friend and we had brilliant, friendly service. The food was amazing and good sized portions. I?d just like to give a shout out to our amazing server Hollie who was extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back! Holly was very welcoming and accommodating as I came into the restaurant. Super funny and approachable. I would 100% come again just for her. First time going to this place Absolutely amazing food friendly staff and the the quality of food you get for the price is amazing and full of flavour I had the chicken burger and bills flower pot for desert! Would highlyl recommend and go again. The staff were supportive and apologetic when an order got mixed up but they were very quick to sort and nothing was a bother. Nice,My friend and I stopped for lunch. Very courteous staff. Food was fine. Sweet potato fries were a little over, any more and I would have returned them. The salmon & prawn cocktail was fine. I was surprised to see that the salmon element was a mousse. My friend said his burger was good.I noticed that a waitresses prepared an adjacent table by removing a couple of sugar sachet papers left by the previous customers. We ended up playing a game called "wipe or no wipe". Conclusion is one individual waitress appears to be deciding when a used table should be cleaned. I hope the manager picks this up and retrains her (and any others). It's unlikely she's the only one.

I come to this Bills regularly and I am always provided with the most fantastic service. All the staff are so lovely. Last visit, me and my partner were served by Holly, who made sure we had a very pleasant experience. I would rate everything a 10/10.

Very pleased to have chosen Bill's for breakfast on Tuesday en route to the Stroud Valley. Great food and perfect friendly service from Nicky(?). Parked up over the river and enjoyed the walk through the Docks.
