“I had to write this, and believe me I don't often.. I was really pleased with my experience/purchase earlier tonight at your Gloucester store. Lauren and Andy were so helpful and knowledgeable, without any pressure, which I hate. They answered all of my questions and especially Lauren was so attentive, I was really impressed by the service I received. I've never actually bought this brand before but heard good things as I i need a supportive trainer, which is waterproof too and grips well, especially with the cold weather and icyness during winter. I ended up purchasing the trainers online as they still had my size (the only one) in stock. But I think these guys should take the credit for this purchase, I will definitely be returning. Please pass on my praise and many thanks, hope the footwear lives up to my expectations!”

“An excellent store. Mountain Warehouse do some nice clothing for outdoor use. If you plan to climb Mont Blanc in winter go to a specialist shop, however, for general outdoor use in the UK. Mountain Warehouse is a good choice. Their clothing in fashionable and hard wearing and not expensive.They sell ski clothes as well, but I'm not a skier, so can't comment on this.At this particular store, there is very good parking because of the garden centre next door and the staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Bought some jeans in the same size as last time but this pair didn't fit so as they didn't have a larger size on the rail I returned them. Looked around on leaving the store and noticed another rail full and containing exactly the same item in a variety of sizes and lengths but after trying them on (they fitted perfectly) I decided not to return to the till and buy them as I'd been told they didn't have anymore!!”
“My local branch, have been visiting for years. Yesterday the two ladies went above and beyond when my 4 week old was screaming because she was hungry, they very kindly offered me the sofa in the changing room area to feed and said I'm more than welcome to pop in in future if I'm passing. This kindness goes such a long way as a new mum. Thank you ladies!”

Also they had a great pre Christmas sale so got a coat for £150 instead of £200 and was much better quality to similar coats for the same cost I had tried on in Tkmaxx and some other stores”

“went into the store yesterday wanting to return items. the guy who sent me the email receipt must've had a glitch or spelt my name wrong as it didn't come through, I had a terrible day.. lost my phone that morning by leaving it on the roof of my car and had spent the last week ill. the manager in there went above and beyond to help me get a refund, I wish there was more people in the world like you working in shops/ sales! as soon as me and my mum walked out of the shop we both couldn't believe it! thanks so much and thank you for not making my day worse lol. x”

“We can not fault suits direct at all. We were let down by our original hire company 5 days before our wedding. James managed to work miracles and fitted the groom, the best man and the father of the groom with 3 identical suits. Having to order 2 suit jackets over a bank holiday weekend. Both suit jackets arrived on the Tuesday after being ordered on the Sunday!Had we known you hire kilts through suits direct we would have come straight to you.Fantastic service, attentive and accurate measuring.
