Great value for money, staff were really helpful and customer service spot on, we had second pair of school shoes delivered as didn't have the size in store and they arrived in five days. Can't fault this experience, quality seems as good as the other big school shoe provider but much easier on the purse!

Fantastic, a member of staff caught my eye. I asked about a specific shoe and was lead straight to it. My size was in stock on the shelf. Brilliant, couldnt ask for better!

My first time going into Deichmann shop in Gloucester. I was looking for a pair of shoes for my brother's wedding. Tracey was very helpful I showed her a picture of the dress I was going to wear and she picked a beautiful pair for me. Tracey went that extra mile and even said I hope you have a wonderful day. Popped in as needed some more walking boot/trainers as mine were leaking underneath. Found some nice fleece lined boots from landrover. Was offered to have them sprayed to keep them waterproofed, which I did for an extra £3.49.
