“We finally decided to update our 25 year old Bathroom Suite. Dave at Tailormade Bathrooms was fantastic throughout the whole process. From producing the design through to keeping us updated on the delivery of our new suite and amending our order where necessary ,he was excellent throughout. He was always very prompt in replying to phone calls , emails and seeing us in store. Daves vision and customer service and the quality of their products is of a very high standard. We love our new Bathroom and would definitely use Tailormade again .”

He came over and asked if we needed help, explained the wardrobes to us and put no pressure on us to buy at all. When we were ready he walked us through everything so professionally and was very knowledgeable. He is an asset to the team and his customer service was fantastic! “A great range of furniture and in-store staff are super friendly and helpful. I've seen a couple of bad reviews saying 'my stuff wasn't collected' but I would say, given the large range of items always changing, and quite a quick turnover, that those must be the exception to the rule. Highly recommended.”

“Generally good experiences here with a good "range" at great prices. Only downside I'd say is that the store is pretty cramped. Very hard to navigate with a pushchair, pram, wheelchair or trolley as narrow aisles and lots of stock in the main concourse. That said, frequent shopper here and generally great experience.”
