Service was great when visiting Halfords to purchase and fit light bulbs. On purchasing it was advised that I could sign up to become a member of the Motor Club in store to save money. I was concerned about being locked into a subscription and I was reassured that I could cancel the membership within the 30 days before signing up. When trying to cancel I have been unable to do so due to purchasing the bulbs using the club card when in store on the day I was reassured. I am now locked into an annual subscription despite being misinformed of these scheme at the counter. Really disappointed in Halfords for not making amends when I was clearly misled.

I just want to say thanks to Tom and Jake at the Gloucester branch for their help on fixing headlight bulb issue I had, I appreciate their hard work! Brilliant service ?

I had a terrible experience purchasing an E-bike. They asked me to wait for 2 hours for fittings, but I ended up waiting for 3 hours. When they handed over my E-bike, it wasn't working. Upon asking them to fix it, they started blaming each other. When I inquired about the manager, they claimed there was none, but I found the manager myself. He listened to my concerns and provided me with a £30 compensation. I'm writing this from Halfords, still in line since 15:00, and it's now 19:15. Definitely not a happy experience.

All the colleagues were really nice. I went in as I thought my oil was low, Tom checked over the whole car which was so useful as I had some oils that needed filling and bulbs replacing. Really helpful and polite. Thank you!

Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly.Always a pleasure to purchase automotive products at Halford.Top marks for service and quality products.Car park does not really accommodate large vans etc.

Five stars for your staff, they are always helpful, friendly and courteous...However, your online booking system needs serious work, it took me nearly an hour to work out how to order a new battery and get it fitted

My car battery had died and I had to call out a rescue service to restart. I then popped to the Eastern Avenue Halford store to see if they could help. I cannot tell you how brilliant they were, they were friendly, helpful and had me safely on my way in no time. I would like to make sure they got recognition they deserved. The two staff who helped me, male at the till and male who changed my battery are a credit to your store and I will happily tell anyone who is willing to listen.

I used the Halfords click and collect facility for the first time and found it amazingly simple and hassle free in comparison with some other experiences with other retailers. Communication was excellent and in fact the order was available well before the initial collection time.Well done Halfords - I will definitely be using this facility again....

Went in to have my light bulb changed, no booking needed. Was also offered a check of the other essentials which Itook. Tom was so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I was extremely pleased with the service. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Met a lovely young man called Tom at Halfords, Eastern Avenue, Gloucester. I went there to have my battery checked, and as I suspected it needed replacing. Tom went through all the battery options with me, explaining about the warranties, prices and answered all the questions I asked. Tom told me that if I became a Halfords member I could save money and have a free car check, tyre depth, lights, wind screen wash top up etc. so I joined there and then. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brilliant service!!

Very bad customer service .Originally booked online servicing for 2nd but they phoned me last minute saying short staffed so i helped by agreeing do on 4th . I explained if they could change my tyres and also gave them the size in advance but never got back to me. After servicing my car was smoking which i did not had before i drove there. I tried explaining to receptionist Tina but she was angry rude and hung up the phone.

Just visited the Gloucester branch to discuss fitting Carplay headset and reversing to my Audi. I was lucky enough to have a consultation with Adam.S who was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. I'm looking forward to fitting the equipment he has suggested.
