After my phone was hacked and my vpn was taken over I brought my phone to the O2 shop Gloucester and was served by a lovely young lad named Tom. He sorted the problem within a few minutes and was polite and efficient despite receiving abuse off the customer before us who was extremely rude. He dealt with the aggressive customer calmly and with great patience. I was very impressed as the shop was short staffed he truly is a blessing to O2

Thanks to Richmond for helping us choose a new phone. He clearly explained to pros and cons of different models and didn't try to upsell to a more expensive model. He made what could've been a complicated stressful job smooth and easy.

Biggest joke of a store completely unhelpful even the woman on door helping is condescending can't sort anything out at all just always advise call customer service call customer service well during these unprecedented times it's difficult to get anyone on a phone line!!!! No wonder I'm leaving o2!!! Poor service all round!!
