Brilliant service, particularly during Covid-19 lockdown. Particular thanks to Alex Ginn who identified and sourced a part for my tap from the supplier who I wasn't able to get hold of. Also took the time to look at photos sent through from my phone and provide advice on other plumbing issues. Thank you very much.
