A hidden little gem that brings relaxation, pamper time and a great service. Would highly recommend all the services, cleanliness is spot on ( coming from an infecting control background I have high expectations) and the expertise of the staff is excellent. Not only made to feel a valued customer and appreciated but you come out feeling like a friend also

I am very pleased with my treatment and service I had at Harper Victoria. I had a facial (Derma-planing with Mask) and it was the most beneficial/relaxing treatment I have had in a long time. It left my skin glowing?Thank you so much to Alessia and the HV team for making my experience worth while

Love coming to Harper Victoria, I started coming when I moved to Bristol 3 years ago and wouldn?t go anywhere else for my treatments.Chantelle, Alessia and Jordan are all amazing and always do such a good job, Chantelle makes my brows look fabulous and everyone always make me feel super comfortable:Also really easy to communicate with and sort out bookings etc which is so helpful

Used to really enjoy this salon however unfortunately recently I?ve felt that the overall management has gone down hill. Often appointments are late, I was recently asked to come in for a patch test and given specific times I could come in. For me to do that it?s a 40 minute round trip, which I did only to discover the salon locked up during their opening times and the time given for me to arrive, I waited around for 5 minutes only to go home. This wasted both my time and money. I had Botox done which only lasted 4 weeks, then booked in for a telephone appointment - I was called an hour and a half after the agreed time and couldn?t answer, no follow up was attempted to reach me. I then (due to a very good reason) missed an appointment and was charged 50% straight away. Whilst I fully understand why companies do this and was mortified to miss my appointment I think it?s a little unfair to expect 100% client reliability for an establishment that isn?t 100% reliable and previous client reliability should be taken into account. I?ve never once missed an appointment, I?m always early, I?ve spent a lot of money here and recently I?ve felt as though I?ve been a little bit messed around. This chain of events is unfortunate as I used to rave about this place and would always come here instead of other salons despite it being more expensive as I used to enjoy the experience.

Had the best back, neck, shoulder & leg massage and facial I have ever had. Korenza was brilliant. My neck and shoulders have been so tense the last couple of weeks, giving me such a headache, I am now so relaxed, headache free and floating on a cloud. My skin looks amazing too. The only place I would go for any beauty/ aesthetic treatments! Chantelle is amazing I used to go to her when she was above Charisma and I followed her to her beautiful new salon. I literally wouldn?t go anywhere else! Jordan is incredible at aesthetics, I go to him for lip filler and he makes my lips even better than I could imagine. No silly trout pouts just plump bigger lips! Not forgetting Georgia she?s always so welcoming and friendly. I love this place they make you feel like family. Thank you all keep up the amazing work xxx

This is the most amazing place to go for a massage and wax. My little bit of tranquility at the hands of the beautiful Chantelle. I go in with knots all over my back and leave feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. I would highly recommend not only the massage but also the wax. Can?t rate the overall experience highly enough.

This is a great new clinic with so much potential for the future with numerous rooms offering lots of different services. Chantelle and her team are so lovely and friendly too. Would highly recommend one of her massage!!
