“Lovely litte store and great to have in the village, they try to sell local produce such as sausages and bacon all fresh and thick cuts! There is always a good stock of things you need, it is overpriced but that is to be expected from a store that can't bulk stock in the way a supermarket does, friendly owners and the post office is very handy to have around, it is small but has a selection of package options to send parcels and the opening hours for both the store and the post office are great for such a small village”

“What a super little cafe in Parkend. Lovely staff, delicious food at very competitive prices. Also linked to the cafe a quaint little shop next door selling all sorts. We picked up a nice card and chill relish. Open seven days a week too ?”
