It is an inn attached to a pub, so you certainly cannot expect to find hotel services. The room where I stayed with my sister is nice and welcoming. The sink only dispenses cold or lukewarm water but it wasn't much of a problem. The highlight of The Bell is the warm and spontaneous welcome received by John, Carrie and Jack. They were very kind and hospitable and catered to our needs. I felt at home for the short time I was in Moreton-in-Marsh and I hope to return soon with my husband and our little dog.Nearby activities: Moreton-in-Marsh is called The Gateway to the Cotswolds. From there buses leave that take you to the other beautiful villages, all worth visiting

Great cask ales and a splendid pub dog. A big friendly thing who appreciates a pat on the head.

At £5.30 a pint you don't want Timothy Taylor's to be cloudy. It took the disengaged barmaid 2 rejected pints before she pulled anything passable. She served the first hazy pint without apology but in fairness readily substituted it. The line had been cleaned, she said, but she obviously hadn't pulled enough through to clear them. Expensive and not up to standard. CAMRA?????

very basic and not the greatest atmosphere but then it was January, but they could have tried harder to warm the place

A chatty pub that also seems to have some space for those who seek a book and the quiet. Waiting for my train, I had 2 hours to kill. This pub and the lovely folks serving made my evening. Good food and really cool crowd.
