First class service from Dan on the deli!! What a credit to your team. His enthusiasm is infectious & friendly honest approach is just what customers should be receiving. He leads by example in my opinion.??? ?

Often pop down to Moreton-in-Marsh Co-Op because it sells a well known local lager range. I like the store and the atmosphere. Staff always very helpful and polite, great availability and really good to see local products on sale. Free 2 hour parking gives me the chance to have a quick potter about in the town after my shopping in the store, too. It's a nice bonus. Great work, Co-Op :)

A friend and I had a lovely experience at the delicatessen with Dan and Michelle learning about different cheeses. They were very friendly and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

More than a Co-op, a little gem, also stocking a varied range of local goods and homemade produce (cakes, meals etc.) at reasonable prices. and a good range of British cheeses. In short, a gem of a place. Also, has friendly helpful staff, a Post Office & customer carpark.

Lovely shop. Great staff. Bought flowers for £45 and they were dead 2 days later. Disgraceful.

Excellent store with good range of local Cotswold products and not extortionate prices. Very good.

Shop closed and moved further along the High Street to the old Budgens Store.

Budgens which preceded the Co-Ops takeover of the Moreton-in-Marsh branch was well liked, but for some time the Co-Op provided an excellent service. Recently it has changed. Stock control seems to have slipped, often items have been sold and many are offered discounted as their best/sell by date has passed. The floors are dusty and dirty and there is often only one cashier available and queues building up. Though the Post Office is under separate management it is rare to find more than one cashier on duty and regularly queues wind round the store - most recently I waited 12 minutes to be return a parcel. Has there been a change of management at the store? If not, standards are being allowed to slip.

Called in on way home. Its a nice co-op, a bit more modern. The lettering above the door was a different design to what I have seen before, it was cool. There was all the regular co-op favourites presented in a upgraded shop. I could tell it was a bit more up-market as the car park had more new vehicles. Top Electric models were scattered among the Porsches and Range Rover Evokes. My wife bought a yellow stickered bread stick. I hurriedly made it back to my Peugeot.

Coop customer service is great. The post office in there not. So good. Big queue as only one person but another arrived after a 10min wait in the queue and I was her first customer. She was obviously in a mood or not happy to be working there because she was rude through out. I told her I had two drop and go items and asked with some attitude whats drop and go. And then I showed her the paper and she mumbled something about it not really being drop and go. Drop and go works fine at other post offices and have used here a few times with other staff with no problem. Yeah I can't just drop and walk away and miss the queue here without appearing rude but I don't have that problem else where so it's more of an issue here. Didn't warrant her taking it out on me.I only came here because I wanted to get some ice-cream. Then she preceded to just give me shot abrupt instructions for the rest of my interaction with her. Maybe some training wouldn't go amiss

Having checked Co-op Moreton in Marsh's opening hours by phoning I went there yesterday evening at about 20.30. The food and its quality and quantity were fine, but I then went to the checkout to pay. There was no-one at the checkouts and all the self-checkouts were closed. I waited but nobody appeared, so went to find someone. I found a young man stacking shelves and was told that in the evening there were only a few customers so it did not warrant there being anyone at the tills !!! He had to go and find a tag of some sort to open a self-checkout by which time there were others waiting, also peeved.Surely if there is even one customer in the shop there should be a member of staff at least keeping an eye on the checkouts????

Convenient but expensive.. I've often been overcharged on reduced items, and meal deals or 2 for 1 offers are not honoured correctly at check out.. check your receipt! Maybe it's Brexit or such like but many products are not available.. A lot of spaces on the shelves.. Staff are mixed..Annoys me that the staff stand and stare at you while using the self checkout..Creepy at times!Plus points: clean store, post office and coffee shop..Able to collect parcels at weekends..Good range of products, high quality.. but you pay for it.. it's expensive.. x 1 basket of food often comes to £50+..Tesco it would be £30 quid ish!
