I was a little disappointed with the customer service. My partner and I are looking to get a couple of new sofas as we are moving shortly. Visited dfs as we bought our last sofa from this store which has lasted 6 years. After walking around for 45 minutes we left and went elsewhere as the staff didn't seem at all interested in selling anything. We had one lady walk past us and say hello the whole time. There wasn't a info sheet with the sofas we were looking at so didn't know what sizes it came in but we would have ordered if there was someone to talk to

Sofa is fine, but still missing the gliders (3 months later) despite multiple phone calls, visits to the store, and multiple promises to have them delivered.Great service until the point of payment, after sales service extremely disappointing.We are still waiting for our order to be fulfilled.

Looking to buy a new sofa and just went in to have a look. Staff very helpful and we were left to look around unless we needed anything further. Went back later and bought the sofa we liked. Again staff member very helpful, went through all the options, costs and delivery details. Didnt push us to buy the additional protection to keep the sofa clean but we were able to buy the products from them at no additional cost. Overall a very good service provided at the showroom. Delivery is around 6 weeks so will review that part once the sofa arrives.

Having purchased what we thought was a lovely sofa, paid for all protection and extras, the sofa has lost colour, the arms are no longer puffy and it looks shameful. The sofa was less than 3 years old, our other sofa we had from them was much better quality and lasted 13 years!! When contacted DFS they didn't want to know. Why even bother selling the extra protection if you do not honour it. Disgraceful. Would not recommend.

The salesman meet us in the showroom he was very helpful we had an idea what we were looking for he had a look on the computer found what we were looking for so we left the store feeling good we got what we were after salesman did a great job

After a full day of visiting all of the furniture stores in Cribbs Causeway yesterday my friend and I were really taken back by the poor and unprofessional customer service here.Our assistant greeted us with a mouth full of chewing gum, the chewing was so bad we couldn?t understand what was being said. Wasn?t really interested at all in what we were trying to buy, told us ?it will all come together? and walked off !As we were leaving the same assistant was being very loud while being physically hurled around by the other staff members oblivious to their environment or customers looking to buy. Shockingly unprofessional behaviour.How can you have confidence in the expertise of the staff when they behave like this in front of their customers.

A furniture shop that let's you browse but unobtrusive help available which is why we bought our suite there. Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful not at all pushy. Would recommend

Website and the door states that the store closes at 8pm we arrived at 7.45 and the door was locked. All I wanted to do was park my peachy bum on a sofa I'd seen online, would have only taken a minute, that's £1.5k you won't be getting then, lazy so and sos!

I have been waiting 7 months now for a repair, the sofa was delivered with a faulty head rest in the middle of the sofa meaning we can't sit together! this was October 2022, I was originally told 8 weeks, then no 12 weeks, then before Christmas, then new year, then month by month, finally a call end of April to say the part was in, but can't do a service call until the 30.05.23. I had a call last Friday to say the part was lost and the visit cancelled, then a call later over the weekend to say the part was located and the repair booked back in, I called this morning to confirm and was told yes visit booked in, to then receive another call to say part lost call cancelled, honestly I've never received such bad customer service, I feel I've been extremely patient before leaving a review, but its beyond a joke, I will never buy from DFS again and will advise as many people as I can the same, don't buy from them !!!

Had a pretty good idea that we wanted a single, reading type, chair. We very quickly found one but hit a snag on delivery. The person we spoke to, John, took our phone number and made a commitment to speak with his manager. True to his word, he rang back, and 9 days later, we had our chair delivered and are very happy with it. The delivery was very efficient, and all the calls were made to ensure we were in. John was great on the sale but also went above and beyond to ensure we got it at a great price and delivery. Would definitely recommend ?
