Good products ? however Adam that was on this evening wasn?t very helpful in the fact there was a product that wasn?t marked up correctly and so when I looked at my receipt and seen I was ?overcharged? I went back to which he rolled his eyes at me after I said when you work in retail the customer is always right and instead argued with me in the middle of the store - he made me look like I was a idiot & he clearly needs some more training + maybe looking a bit smarter for work would also help because you just looked scruffy! - Regards .. a paying customer!

I love going to Tiger. It?s one of our favourite shops to visit. However, it is such a shame that one member of staff let us down today by being very rude about our toddler son playing with the stock cupboard doors. Our son is very nearly two years old and has a unique fascination with doors opening and closing, and it has been his favourite thing to do for over a year. Our son loved the cupboards below the main tables that displayed the items, and wasn?t getting anything out, but was in his element seeing how the doors opened and closed. This member of staff noticed and in a rude manner started going around quickly closing and locking all the doors and said ?stop him from playing with them, as it?s a health and safety risk?, of which we completely understand this. However, the member of staff was not polite about this at all and had a scowl on her face. We love that Tiger represents happiness and this usually shows in the products and staff. However, we believe this member of staff needs a lesson in customer service and learning how to approach matters in a polite and friendly way. She clearly doesn?t understand that when toddlers are set on something, there?s no arguing with them! Would not recommend this member of staff.

If you have a small child in the family, check out the fancy dress outfits in here .. the cupcake and popcorn buckets are such a fun idea.The sweet treats are a little on the expensive side, but most things are pretty reasonable.It's a great place for seasonal items as they always have Halloween and Christmas garlands and items.It's also worth a look if you want a different present .. they current have a fathers day mug which is enormous!

You usual Flying Tiger, a little maze with just enough room to get around with a pushchair or wheelchair, providing that it?s not busy. Well stocked with friendly staff.

Really great shop. Lots of unique items on sale here.Very small and hard to get around with a pram or a pushchair though.Staff are always friendly and welcoming.Good range of products which are well stocked and of a good price.Clean and tidy store and brightly lit.

I really enjoy shopping at Flying Tiger, however the shop itself is so small and compact. There's only one route around the shop, it's very hard to get around especially with a buggy.The products that I have bought at this shop are great though, I've bought sweets, watercolour paints, sketch books and kids toys all of which are great quality and good prices!
