Today I was looking for a outfit for a funeral , I was approached and asked if I needed help , by a very helpful assistant called Maria , she went above and beyond going back and forth finding dresses and jackets for me to try .\\nI will certainly being going back to the shop in the near future !!\\nAll the staff were lovely and friendly.\\nThank you all very much !!!

I was served by Maria at the Cribbs Causeway store and I?m not sure I can ever remember receiving such exceptional customer service in my life.Having made an initial error myself with a return, Maria made a potentially very bad situation into an exceptionally good one by listening carefully and finding a solution.The experience summarised the phrase ?Going the extra mile? as Maria could not do enough for me to solve the situation.Maria summarised in the past two days what every customer facing member of staff should be like.She should in fact become some kind of trainer in Customer experience.What Maria did today, in terms of over delivering, to further enhance the whole experience will always stick with me.Thank you Maria.

A very pleasant experience to find a wedding outfit. Debbie came with shoes, hat, bag etc in various colours to see what I liked. A very nice changing area with large mirrors for the family to check what they liked. Came away with a complete outfit. Everything in stock.

Today I was served by Debbie, who went above and beyond for me during my visit. I visited to find a dress for wedding after being unable to find anything online, she showed me multiple dresses and found accessories and shoes to match so that I could see how the dress would look. I found Debbie to be wonderful, helpful and kind too. Debbie is an asset to Hobbs and I look forward to returning and meeting Debbie again.

Staff were so helpful...dress not in my size but called another shop to try and find one for me. I find trying on dresses embarassing but would definitely go back there as the staff were so good. Thankyou x
