Service has been good for ages but recently since some new staff came in my mum has been having issues every single time she?s gone. Main pharmacist is great it?s only One of the female pharmacy assistant's that causes these issues, she is so Rude and unhelpful. Past few times she has been forced in to an argument with the server because she kept getting told ?we have nothing for you? then argues the point because she is to lazy to look for mums prescription. Every single time it?s ready and prepared she just can?t be bothered to look for it. Also recently during a call to the pharmacy to talk to the main pharmacist she was put on hold by this same person and clearly hadn?t told anyone about it, ended up on hold for around an hour before giving up. Starting to think about changing pharmacy?s due to these issues.

Good pharmacy with very friendly staff. Unfortunately they rarely have the medication in stock that we need - but this may be down to the rarity of it.

if it was possible to give a zero star option that would be best as the service i?ve had this morning has been nothing short of horrendous! whoever I spoke with didn?t have one ounce of sympathy for my situation and was short and lacked any decent customer service skills! do not go here

Literal awful service, Had to wait too long in the freezing cold just to be told that what I needed needed to be signed for (Toothpaste) dont bother coming here and take a trip to tesco.

I've used this service for many years and the current chemist "Matthew" always goes above and beyond. He helped me out massively following a stroke, he's a class act. I'm also happy to say that all of his staff work to his same high standards. Polite, Courteous, Professional. Definitely 5-star for all of them.
