Popped in to get a key cut 1st April. The gentleman working there had only moved to this branch 4 days prior, Gary I believe. Anyways Gary was really friendly and talkative. Cut the key for my car which worked a treat. I was in and out in about 5 mins.

Had a similar experience with Ellie Lenton around the same time. They scratched the back of my watch and I complained so it was sent to their workshop. I stopped going there until beginning of the year when a friend asked me to take her watch for battery replacement. The guy named Dean was very different from the others as he was very conscientious and had excellent customer service. Took care of the watch like it was his. I went back again with two watches and he treated them with respect. Today I learned he had left the branch unfortunately and been replaced with someone who was there before and with whom I had the most unpleasant experience! Avoid this branch!

They claim to have car key repairs as per the services listing, and also have a bunch of car keys hanging at the shop, but refused to even take a proper look at the keys in my hand, and simply said we don't do car keys here. Even more ironically, when I pointed at the keys hanging about, the guy simply shook his head and said \\\"no, we don't have that service here\\\".\\n\\nHe then directed me towards their Bradley Stoke shop. Frustratingly, the Bradley Stoke shop had directed me towards the Cribbs one earlier.\\n\\nTheir service listing is misleading. Do call ahead and make sure they do undertake what they claim to, or you'll be sorely disappointed.

Really good experience at this Timpson shop.Very fast service. I got 2 front door keys cut, 2 for £12.The person serving was very friendly and welcoming.Store is bright and clean. Seems well stocked on their keys.Reasonable price.

The store at The Mall in Cribbs Causeway opened precisely at 09:30. Both staff members were friendly and explained the procedure. The resultant Passport photograph was a good image. I would be pleased to recommend this Timpson photographic capability.A satisfied customer.

Went into timpson today a seen a guy called Ryan.Truly amazing service.He cut 3 keys for me that worked beautifully.He also changed a watch battery for me a was able to do the 100m seal. Amazing service an asset to your company.Thank you Ryan
