I went into the Vodafone store yesterday to actually speak to an advisor as the phone process isn?t very good but it was the worst experience I?ve ever had the bloke with was called Ken was very rude even laughed in my face when I told him it was giving me a lot of stress and anxiety where the contract prices keeps fluctuating but I was promised a fixed price every month but never happened and also once you get the contract from Vodafone you are not even aloud to return the contract witch I find is disgusting as they don?t disclose this information when you take the contract out with them I was very misold in my opinion I wound never go with Vodafone again

Went to store to get new contract today and witnessed worst customer service a member of staff laugh at a another customer when he told member of staff he had anxiety I was shocked by this defo not go back to store

Went in today to have a query resolved and to cancel an order after trying to do the same both via chat and over the phone for many many hours the prior day unsuccessfully. The person who served me was brilliant and incredibly helpful. It was clean, quiet and tidy. I had my problem solved in 30 minutes and walked out with relief. I strongly recommend this shop and advice against using their phone service or chat and just pop in as the staff here were considerably quicker and more experienced than those I spoke to previously online and on the phone.

Went in today 17/08/23 problem with wife's phoneKen one of customer services spent a long time trying to resolve the problem with the phone, which could not be fixed( this was a second opinion) he then spent a lot of time helping my wife pick the right phone/ contract for her.. Ken gave great customer service and is a great asset to vodafoneAndy & Jan

The advisor I spoke with today was absolutely amazinghe went out of his way to solve my problems and he went above and beyond to give me the best outcome he came back to me and solved my query with the best outcome I could of hoped for im so grateful for all he has done and this is easily the best person I have ever spoken to with vodafone with any business for that matter he deserves to be recognised

It is under staffed. We ( myself and another customer) had to wait quite some time for assistance. However the member of staff who was eventually available was brilliant. So helpful and friendly..it was almost worth the wait? pick your time is my advice...not 12noon on saturday!

Very misleading information the young lad that served us didn?t seem to know what he was doing was not interested in helping at all was patronising with comments so we left the store very angry. Will not be recommending vodaphone cribbs causeway

Very unhelpful staff member, wasn't interested in what I was saying, had sarcastic comments back, left the store with no upgrade and unhappy
