Great service from everyone I dealt with at Williams. Incredibly helpful and booked in delivery slots while waiting for me to be able to get into branch for payment. Very friendly in person too and will definitely be back.(I also agree with an earlier post that it's the best coffee machine/ coffee I've ever had from a merchant)

Honestly.... hard to find the words to describe how impressed we are with the 'will do' attitude with the guys at Filton Williams Trade Supplies Ltd!! Customer needed a flue replaced urgently.... we had the technicians to do it... but not the bits.... I called Filton Williams Trade Supplies Ltd....
