I had a very bad tooth ache and I could not get an appointment for two weeks. I put up with the pain for a few more days but couldn't stand it any longer as it was keeping me awake. I phoned them again but they still couldn't see me for at least another week. They advised me to go and find an emergency dentist so I did. I got an appointment at a dentist in Longlevens and was seen on the same day and my problem was sorted there and then.

Worst dentist. Hadn't been able to get NHS appointment so booked a private one and basically told me all the times had been seen by NHS dentists they have done nothing and want about 1k to fix my mouth that their company messed up disgusting behaviour. They can't blame no NHS dentist as I know people who are still getting appointments at their NHS dentist no problem. Tempted to take this further

These positive reviews are 100% FICTICIOUS. They are not taking either emergency or N.H.S. bookings. There is a 5 week wait for an appointment and have a reputation for cancelling by text on the morning and will not refund deposits . I attended and demanded my money back and was told to leave or the Police would be called, and they did !!!!!!

After having severe tooth infection, the dentist were more than accommodating and saw me as an emergency. The service was perfect, and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Rude staff and unhelpful. After losing a filling was told to call at 8.30 am each day for emergency appointment. Did this each day but sill could not get seen and on day 5 was told no one to see me and no longer NHS and did not have a dentist!! Although if you want to pay £90!you can book a hygienist!! Staff don?t even say hello when you attend. Will not be going back as would rather pay double the money than deal with people who are completely uninterested in providing any sort of service!!!!! AVOID

I believe that this should not be classified as an NHS service provider as it is not possible to be treated by an NHS dentist. This had been the situation for some considerable time. Some of the reception staff are unhelpful, bordering on being rude. I would suggest that if you are looking for NHS dental services that you go elsewhere.

Rang today to book emergency appointment. Told it is now only Private patients...when are they going to tell their existing NHS patients? Offered an emergency appointment in the New Year! Do they not understand the meaning of 'emergency 'Shocking!

They still have no dentist so unable to get an appointment on NHS. Some people are unable to afford private. This is really poor. Receptionist very rude also!! Won?t be going here again.

Consistently cancelled appointments, including those of my children, with a promise that they would make contact to re-book. No contact was ever received.Attempted to make an appointment by phone but was informed that they are no longer providing NHS check-ups and that I had been de-registered for failing to attend an appointment. This is absolutely untrue but the receptionist wouldn't hear it.When the practice opened, I had no complaints but over time, the attitude of staff, and their inability to provide a basic service means I will now be going elsewhere.

I've had my check ups cancelled numerous times and was told someone would be in contact with me to arrange a new appointment. After waiting several months, I found out today that they are no longer taking NHS bookings, when challenged about this as my husband has got one booked in, the receptionist told me that his is being cancelled too but they havent informed him of this. The receptionist was rude and came across as as if she couldn't care less. Customer service is terrible and I'm surprised they are still open .
