Purchased 2 helmets from ruroc and also the harman cardon audio. Love both the helmets and they are of great quality, shipping was really fast to the Netherlands ??, I didn't buy a pinlock which I regret to this day. Will be visiting the UK in August, if its possible to come to the headquarters will definitely buy 2 pinlocks. Shipping is really expensive but I understand because of the brexit ?The audio is great however my bike is too loud so eventually won't hear a thing when driving on the highway besides base hahaDEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I started a return a month ago and I?m still waiting for my helmet,I tried to contact them by email but they didn?t help me with any update and a couple days after they didn?t respond anymore,I?m really upset at this point because I paid for something that I can?t use.I don?t recommend this store

Poor quality items.Have broken whilst in warranty. Bought a pinlock visor which came off whilst riding! They offered replacement which wasn?t like for like. £80 insert and was offered a £25 replacement I didn?t need. Very uncooperative. Will certainly not be using Ruroc again.Their gear may look nice but I believe a company is built on their customer service, issues happen, it?s how they?re dealt with is what I grade a company on. These are poor!AVOID!!!!

Great helmets just got mine ! Good customer support as well , my package stolen by fedex and Jordan from the ruroc team really was on it and expedited a second helmet to me ? obviously was upset at first but it was fedex fault ?

Unfortunately i'm starting to think that a lot of people on here are right. I'm constantly trying to get my issue resolved and there is very little customer service from Ruroc. The product itself was great. However due to an error on my side, I needed a replacement or refund....this is where the problem starts, days to email back, then nothing again for ages.

I have to say , after reading the reviews on the website my thoughts of purchasing a Ruroc have now evaporated- I?ve never heard so many complaints of what is a supposedly premium product - I think you need to sort out your quality assurance & sales processes Ruroc especially as £400 - £500 is no drop in the ocean.

I was wary purchasing from Ruroc, as I had seen lots of bad reviews but thought I?d give them a try as it states on their website that they accept returns. Unfortunately for Ruroc the reviews people had been posting had been true? Bad quality products and extremely bad customer service. I returned my items in full expecting a full refund but to date I have yet to receive in full. They still owe me money and seem to ignore my emails apart from a automated response. My helmet had scratches, poorly attached rubber,visible glue from seams, poorly painted, over all a extremely unsatisfied customer experience. I won?t be purchasing from Ruroc again and will be perusing this further to get my money back.

I have purchased atlas 4.0 track edition thinking it would be pretty good without any issues. It's not a cheap helmet there are many defects on the helmet and build quality is extremely poor.DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOOKS! Customer service is useless and avoids answering questions ! Basically I lost $1000 don't see it lasting more 6 months.Avoid buying these helmets stick to known brands, if only they would spend time on making parts of the helmet last longer rather focusing on the looks.Such a shame, I will pass this on to my fellow riders in Australia don't buy this product!

I purchased the my helmet last year & have no regrets but one ...... not getting a 2nd one.I call my helmet "jealous" as a lot of bikers NV it.There's one thing I should suggest to Rurroc, is to invest in adding at least 1 extra visor speedclip in the deal as it is very likely that it can go missing should it come off.Camera mount also need to be secured with something other than double sided tape as I almost lost my camera while riding.Not sure what sorcery you have going on in the Bluetooth system but I hardly have to charge it & I listen to music all the time while riding.AS WITH ANYTHING ELSE... TREAT YOUR KIT WITH RESPECT & IT WILL LAST FOREVER!*TAKE IT EASY!!!**JEFF**SECRETARY OF UNKNOWN MC CAPE TOWN *

When customer service (Harry) goes out of their way to ensure their customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase, it says a lot about their company and how they stand by their products.Purchased an Atlas 4.0 with a Shockwave 2.0. I had a bunch of questions, as well as a requirement to have it delivered by a certain time. Furthermore, I purchased the helmet days before a major bonus promotion took place. Ruroc addressed it all, had it arrive perfectly on time and honored the promotional deal I missed.The company is working tirelessly to listen to consumer feedback and make every new iteration of their products better.Support companies that do this. They?re going out of their way to be ?better? and continuously improve.

Ordered Ski Helmet which arrived broken.Order Number was falsely displayed, therefore i could not start return process. Email to support went without any response. Only after complaining on Instagram they sent me a returning label.

? After 6 emails sent also messaged their Facebook & Instagram and nothing. I received my helmet and notice the stick wasn?t fully over the helmet also the rubber coming away. £600 spent you?d expect someone to make contact after 2says but nothing! I wouldn?t bother washing your money, they are quick enough to take your money but not interested if if there?s a problem. Looking at their reviews it seems to be a big problem for this place! I?d save your money and go elsewhere. I 100% do not recommend ?
