“The pay for average workers is £11.65 an hour and once you work for 3 months on agency it is easy to get a contract with DHL and once you do that everyone treats you much better and respect you more as long as you do the work they won't be on your back. The shifts are abit tough constantly switching from 6.00 till 14.00 on to 14.00 till 22.00 on a weekly bases. The days are changing soon though which will give you four days off in a row within a 6 week period so overall I would say they are working to satisfy there workers as well as there customers. Its a pretty easy and relaxed environment to work once you get used to it”
