Some of the employees are helpful others are not.
I was charged £15 extra during my visit for some help in setting up the 'family link' app, which was fine. Within 2 weeks this app caused my son's new phone to stop working. The next employee we saw tried a little to help but gave up quickly and said to contact Google (which would have been a nightmare).
I then managed to fix it myself and I'm rubbish with these things.

Never really solve my problems fully, often slow service, walked out of Stroud one unserved, 2 slow staff only dealing with long winded people, life is too short to queue in a phone shop

Small shop is ok. I purchased a phone from here. Fairly helpful. Not brilliant.
