Website claims they shut at midnight Saturday. Walked in at 10:45 and met with "15 minutes bud" by some no neck. It's Sir not bud. So I take they close at 11pm. CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE!!!

Store itself is good and well sti ked, but sadly the staff really let it down. There were 2 members of staff on the self check outs there are only 4 self check outs so 2 per person is hardly hard work, but they were far too busy chatting away to each other and customers so took ages to get issues resolved, which in turn caused big queues. When they did come to help people, the staff didn't have any understbeyond the basic swipe your card and click OK. What should have been less than 5 mins to pop in and buy a snack took over 30 mins delaying my work day.

We come here regularly for our week's shopping as they sell most things that we need. Their fruit and veg range is varied; we buy a lot of vegetables and they always looks fresh.The staff are very helpful and friendly. Occasionally there are fewer people on the tills than we'd like, which means we have to wait a bit longer, but it's not that often, especially compared to Aldi!Their range of flowers is also very good value and they usually last for at least a couple of weeks.

Third visit this week, I?m developing Rickets, nothing fresh. Doughnuts , biscuits everywhere but not a drop of tomato juice to drink. I?m wondering if this place has a multi million pound sponsorship deal with a statin company. Ye gods.

Wish they would stop changing store layout. Know why they do it but in these times when cost are high it encourages non urgent spend on items that are not key.

Well I just thought this was needed now, just from the lady dealing with self service today, I expected to see an SIA licence attached to her the way she was guarding the recycled shopping bags which are well overpriced at 20p considering I used to work at the factory where they are made, they cost less than a penny to make. I even checked it for gold lining. The woman guarding them by carrying them around literally was telling everyone how to scan the bags or would scan them herself because and I quote 'I'm fed up with everyone nicking them today'. The way in which she speaks to people is actually not very good customer service, please tesco retrain the staff to respect everyone instead of trying to show dominance, self service is there because we don't want to deal with the staff that try to intimidate like this.

Generally okay, but not great.Certain staff members are very rude and act like an idiot because of covid rules.Shelves are not fully stocked. The last few months I experienced many times and I couldn't buy things that I wanted.Parking is okay, access is okay.However, i do less and less of my shopping in this Tesco, mainly because of the behaviour of certain staff members. If they don't like me I am happy to spend my money elsewhere.

A person at aisle 6, 10 past 12, 6th of sep was very sociable. He's now at the team but definitely not bad at all!
