Paid extra due to having long hair and I knew it would take around 6+ hours because of past appointments at another salon. The appointment was shorter than quoted? I still got charged the full quote and when I said I wasn?t happy with the colour I was told ?it?ll go blonder once you wash it a few times?. Not what you expect for £170Service: Hair coloring

I went as a model for a perm .the young lady who did my perm was very confident and pleasant . I believe from the assessor that i was only her second perm .she was very professional and the perm was excellent. Thankyou.

I am so incredibly pleased with my haircut created by Emily who listened to my concerns about my very challenging hair. This includes being very thick white hair plus a double cow lick and only being curly on 1 side! I left feeling a happy and revived woman! I apologise as I forgot to take any photos but received some lovely comments about my hair. X

Popped in last week for a quick re-colour and a chin wag, the staff were really friendly! I was so embarrassed when I knocked my bag over and everything spilled out ? The staff were great and helped me pick everything up, and when I got home I realised the only thing I left on the floor was my trusty lottery ticket. Oh well, sure it wasn't a winner!
