This company is absolutely shocking! Measured my parents dining room wrong and turned up with a peice of carpet not big enough for the room. They suggested putting a join In (pictured) which looks terrible! Regardless of whether my parents agreed or not. What they should of said, is "don't worry sir/Madam, we messed up, we'll cut a new peice and come back" but no! The company and fitter should be ashamed!

I had first class service both in store (Andrew and Shaun) and with the measuring service (Shaun). I was very pleasantly surprised and cannot fault them at all. Both Shaun and Andrew offered sound advice, went out of their way to help me and were very professional at all times. I would highly recommend.

What fantastic service we have received from Carpet Right from start to finish!I came in needing some very last minute and urgent carpet and fitting. Gary, who helped me, was super helpful (but not pushy - just right) and showed me some perfect carpets. The process of ordering the carpet was super simple and the fitting could be arranged within the week!I then happened to call on the off chance to see if there was any chance of an earlier fitting as the decorators had finished and we were in luck and had the fitting a day early.Our carpet fitter did an excellent job! He was super fast and the carpet looks fantastic - we are really thrilled with it.We have some more rooms we need doing in the coming months and safe to say we shall definitely be returning to Carpet Right in Cheltenham!Thanks very much again, your service is really appreciated.
