Always get good customer service, one of the few shops, I enjoy going into, so much cheaper than Boots or Lloyds, and even Morrisions.Not a Pharmacy, but seem to sell most of the over counter products.

As with all savers it does what it does best, branded products at very cost effective prices. What more can you ask for. The shop is long and narrow so it came a bit if a squeeze, particularly these days. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A very big store, A clean and tidy place, a lot of home and garden stuff.Items are usually in stock. Prices are really good, you should try this place for small household and garden equipment before visiting B&Q or Homebase etc.Staff are friendly

Shop and staff are really good but I accidentally left my shopping at the checkout yesterday. I contacted Savers through online chat to see if it had been put aside for me and their representative insisted that they were unable to contact the Tewkesbury store. Before using the online chat I tried phoning the store using the phone number on google. Wrong number! It belonged to a private individual who was fed up of receiving calls from Savers customers. Not good customer service,

Perfectly sorted for this silly time. One way system. Limited amount of customers. Sanitised baskets (a very pleasant young lady doing this by the door) And to top it all I got everything I needed!!
