Plastic trim underneath our front bumper had come loose after hitting a pothole and we desperately needed it sorted before driving back to London. The guys here were great and screwed it back in within 10 mins.

My car failed the MOT as I anticipated. I had actually told them it would and that they could do the work before the MOT so it wouldn't fail. This was brushed aside by the MOT tester who said we'll do the MOT first and see whats needed.When the car was ready the grumpy bloke at the desk (depot manager I think) looked at me as if I was some sort of specimen the cat had brought in and muttered something as he passed me the bill about "its failed and we can't do the work because we're not hybrid certified".What on earth is 'hybrid certified'? We don't all live in the world of motor mechanics.He seemed incapable of communicating coherently but after some quizzing I managed to extract from him that what I think he he meant was that to work on the car the engineer that does the work has to have some sort of 'hybrid' qualification.Why didn't he warn me before doing the MOT? He knew full well the car was hybrid and I'd specifically pointed out it needed work doing to it to pass the MOT.I asked if he could suggest a Kwik Fit centre wherein dwelt engineers with the necessary qualifications (are tyres and shock absorbers really different on a hybrid car??) that could do the work. Again he was incredibly unhelpful - "No I can't mate - you'll have to ring around". Helpful! And I am not his mate either.I now have to find somewhere in an inconvenient location that can do the work and it certainly will not be a Kwik Fit.Shocking experience.

Josh at Kwik Fit did a great job despite being delivered the wrong parts initially from the supplier, managed to get all my brake discs and pads done, kept me informed of the progress along the way, and got it done in one day. Great job

After being turned away from Cam Kwikfit. headed to Thornbury kwikfit with a flat tyre the team and especially the manager at Thornbury pulled out all the stops although being clearly stacked out with work they repaired my puncture and had me back on the road in less than an hour much to the delight of my 9 year old son. Thank you amazing service credit to your company.

They fitted two tires for us, after which the car pulled over to the right quite harshly, so I took the car back and asked them to do the tracking. They admitted that the tracking machine was not working when we had the tyres fitted, and to bring the car back the next week when they had it working, so I did at the pre arranged appointment, only to find they charged extra to do the tracking an extra £65 - this was a surprise as I had never paid extra for tracking, you kind of presume that is part of having tires fitted, but no. This was not the worst part, the worst thing is that after tracking the car still drifts badly to the right, think I will take my car to a proper garage to get this done, then it might be done properly!!

I booked in a last minute air con check, I didn't even know they were a thing, but found it after googling aircon stuff. So booked it in, with an hours notice as there was a slot free.We drove over with the kids, who fell asleep in the car and the staff there when we arrived were extremely friendly and welcoming, and let us keep the sleeping child in the car and one of use stayed with them. Nothing to do with the service from Kwikfit just hadn?t expected to pay over £100 to replace a bulb for the rear number plate. Fords fault not yours.

To be honest I wasn't expecting to pay nearly £40.00 for 3bulbs. Apart from that very impressed with the service provided. Will definitely be taking my car there again.
