Ordered items as shown in stock , then after payment find 1 out of 3 out of stock , my wife takes the day off work to accept the delivery , delivery driver knocks on the door & doesn't give my wife time to get to the door before leaving , didn't call to say they were at the house either, car was on the drive so clear she was in. Then rearranged for another day to be delivered at work address, surprise surprise no delivery , no communication , called office no response & emailed no response . Time to card company for a refund ..

Failed to deliver on one order and then delivered the replacement order 3 days later than promised, meaning I didn't have it intime for a crucial meeting.

Unfortunately the Office Hippo chair that I ordered via Amazon, whilst very good quality, was the wrong shape for me. So I contacted them and went for Paul's recommendation. It was delivered next day and I got a full refund on the first chair within the hour of placing the second order with them. Very pleased with the replacement chair, the advice I was given and their website has an extensive selection of office furniture.Next time I need some office furniture I will go direct to this company (as going via Amazon seems to slow down delivery) and seek advice on what I need from their very helpful staff.Very helpful people and I highly recommended them.

Advertising chairs for fast delivery that are not in stock and taking their time to refund. Suggest avoid. Had a desk delivered, left in the street on a giant pallet, nobody bothered to knock to let me know it had arrived, a day later and online tracking still doesn?t show it has been delivered, I only discovered it when a neighbour told me it had been there all day. Shocking service!

Very Professional company who really care about their customers.Ordered 3 bad back chairs as we have several staff who have had time off in the last year for back related issues. Paul and his team offered great advice and the new chairs are everything I could have wished for.Great price and very quick delivery....would highly recommend.

Like sending spam emails. I don't want your emails.In response:You make out that you?ve sent it to as I?d asked for your emails but I?ve ?never done business with your company, asked for an email?. Your company just send out emails to companies and hope that it will create web traffic but it?s annoying. If we complain then you might stop.I did ask to stop receiving emails but it says unsubscribe but I neversubscribed to your Spam.I've clicked unsubscribe but the still keep on sending there spam emails a month later and still more spam.Don't Deal with this company.

I purchased a filing cabinet through Rainbow Zebra and while initially very impressed with the customer service I had some issues with the product itself and with some aspects of later customer service. I reported my grievance to management and received a comprehensive reply with a satisfactory solution. This company is run by people, not machines, they treat their customers as people, not vegetables (no offence to veggies) their delivery service is second to none and they are prepared to accept and deal with any problems that occur. For this reason I highly recommend them.

Rainbow Zebra supplied canteen chairs to our Yankee Candle head office and we were very impressed with the service, speed of delivery and quality of product. Would definitely recommend and have already placed a repeat order!
