Peter from Thornbury Depot, Bristol was so helpful when due to a fault\\nof McColls PDA system to accept parcels for collection, my parcels were being refused. They would have been sent back to the Shop that I had purchased them from and I wouldn't have got them delivered back in time for Christmas ?\\n\\nPeter managed to sort it all out and track them down and called to say I could come and collect my parcels straightaway ?\\n\\nThank you again Peter!
