“We came to Highfield Garden World yesterday with my Grandma and came across Pavers. My Grandma struggles to find suitable shoes for her feet as one foot has been reconstructed and is much bigger than the other. We approached Mike, the Pavers Manager to ask for help finding a wider fit shoe. Mike was incredibly knowledgable and provided my Grandma with multiple different appropriate shoes, listening to her very specific requirements for shoes with incredible patience. Mike was not pushy with selling the shoes and generally had a lovely manner with my Grandma. We came away with a pair of shoes which my Grandma was thrilled with, I haven’t seen her walk as fast as she did in her new shoes for several years, she found them so comfortable. It is rare to have such a positive experience in customer service in this day and age.
