I had only been with Three Shires for 6 months when I opted to move to another local surgery. In this time, I was laughed at by the never-present receptionist staff and, rather than actually providing beneficial treatment, the doctors I dealt with there exacerbated my stress and anxiety. Treatments requested by my heart specialist at the BRI were battled against for MONTHS and were never administered, private & confidential information divulged to a doctor was passed to a third party against my express wishes and for daring to speak to the doctor in question as they left work, I was then sent me a written warning just days after my father died stating I?d acted inappropriately and been threatening. (I?m a completely non-aggressive 50 year old gay man)All in all, this surgery seems to be run by people who value their own egos above actual patient care and, to whom the hypocritic oath is optional.I cannot understate enough just how let down I feel by this place. It should be closed down

I have to deal with Wick surgery mostly for my mother as I don't live in the area any longer. She is very elderly and has some health problems of varying kinds. I also dealt with this surgery when my father was alive, also having varying health issues. I can only speak as I have found and the staff are marvellous.The receptionists are very helpful and understanding. Nothing has been too much trouble ever, always polite and professional. The doctors are also very helpful, have often gone beyond what I have asked of them and communicate with me as I request. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and having myself to deal with a different surgery , this Doctors surgery should, in my opinion, be valued.

Wonderful service even in these times with this practice...saw Dr.Bhatti on Mon, call from the hospital on the Tues and saw the Dr at the RUH on the Wednesday....that is a wonderful service, all round, and I'm very grateful.

I find it very hard to get an appointment and when you do allow 1 hour extra wait time, even if you have an early appointment as oftern running very late. doctors themselves are fine ( 4 stars) when you get in, but the most unhelpfull receptionist.

I am nothing but supportive of the NHS and the important role it plays in our society. That being said, something is seriously wrong with the services provided by both this and the Pucklechurch surgery.
