We visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.

Staff could definitely be more friendly and help customers feel at ease, especially as it was my first time using Argos since the lock down and I wasn't entirely sure on how things would work. Staff did get my items to me promptly but I didn't like the overall atmosphere they created and won't be returning in a hurry.

I was served by a lady called Courtney and she was very polite and professional. I needed help with a box for some earrings I had previously bought and she was very helpful, providing lots of great options!

Picked up and item I had ordered from home and had to wait a bit, despite there only being one other customer in the store at the time and plenty of staff milling around. About a week or two after picking up my item I received another email telling my order was ready for collection. Concerned that they may have duplicated my order I called their customer services who said it was probably just an error - didn't seem to have any idea why I was receiving another email for the same order.

When are you opening Yate store ???!!! I have something under a year old within guarantee that needs repairing....there is no stock anywhere according to your stock checker so will need to be sent away for repair and the Argos with Sainsburys that are open only do click and collect or straight replacement if in stock...?

Waited 10 minutes for collection while 4 of staff was doing nothing. Then it said it's ready for collection but belt wasn't even running so I had to wait even longer.\\nAnd it wasn't busy at all just couple of orders.

Very quick and efficient, they have revamped it inside since my last visit - it looks very modern and clean in there, seems to work better than it did with various different desks, - now all desks (pay and collection) are in one place. Much better than it was.

Rude manager with attitude problem and make a complaint and nothing gets done about it. No computer look up only the old books that don't contain everything they are supposed to sell but don't stock. If you take out product care and want a refund they don't like doing it as it effects their pressious targets

This place doesn't deserve a store in Yate Shopping Centre.
It's unreliable and takes too long to deliver. My daughter and I ordered a costume for her dressing up day in school and it was weeks late and she was crying her poor eyes out when she found out she didn't have a costume. Her whole class laughed at her when she had to turn up in school uniform. Very, VERY poor service and ridiculous prices. Never rely on this place!
