Despite shocking service from the Business banking (both online and over the phone whilst setting up our business account) we have stuck with natwest due to the amazing in store service we have recieved. Both Emma and the young man (forget his name) we spoke to on separate occasions were incredibly helpful and offered support and follow ups after too. Excellent customer service even with a severely understaffed and busy store. Many thanks for the apology gifts we have recieved. Time for a pay rise/bonus for your staff I think!”
