Used Carpet Giant for years, but recenelty ordered new laminate and carpet from them. The service is always great with competeive prices too. We fitted the laminate oursevles, but fitting of the carpet was great and came on the day they said. Would 100% reccomend carpet giant!

Fantastic selection of carpets, friendly knowledgeable staff who really know their stuff and patient, so very patient with people who could not choose! Great service at home to measure up and a super price. What more do you need, oh yes, the fitter Alex was brilliant and very meticulous in his work. Overall 100%, 10/10. Excellent service, a friendly warm welcome in store. Knowledgeable personnel who talk you through the whole process with sound advice. Good quality at great prices. Andy our fitter was exceptional, fitted three carpets and vinyl flooring perfectly as well as trimming all doors to fit and tidied everything away on completion. Highly recommended, thank you team at Carpet Giant Yate and special thank you to Andy.

Just had my carpet supplied and fitted by Carpet Giant in Yate for a house refurb.Great customer service in store.We picked a lovely carpet at a very reasonable price. The measurement service they provided even saved us some money so was worth doing.The carpet fitter came today, he was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job.Thank you Carpet Giant, if we ever need carpets in the future we shall be coming straight to you.

Just had my carpet supplied and fitted by Carpet Giant. The fitter (Tim) has done an excellent job and was clearly very experienced. Carpet Giant were very good value and cheaper than other independent carpet shops in Bristol for the same carpet. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

After being verbally offered a price and paying in full immediately leaving only the fitters to pay in cash, I noticed the total on the invoice was incorrect at the end of the job.Of course when raised, conveniently there was no recollection of the price that was offered and agreed.Dishonest and certainly won?t be using again or recommending to anyone I know.
