The work was carried out very swiftly. I collected the car the same morning, however upon my return to the office I found some significant damage to my alloy! Jason was very rude and told me he thinks I?d damaged it myself, he offered no apology, no offer to check cctv or ask his team what had happened he just sent me away with a card of someone who will repair it for me. NOT happy.

Advertise no booking required and yet if your not booked in you can't be seen. Manager short and rude not apologetic for their misleading advertisment. To be forced to use such u customer focused businesses by a lease company is just appealing can't wait to get rid of the lease car.

Jason the manager is brilliant - he works under enormous stress due to very little staff - he could do with another 4 or 5 staff to take the pressure off of him - he is ultra reliable and very helpful - all round a good man ??

I was left speechless!!Just shocking, went there today to fix a puncher and been declined service! When I said that I really needed fixed, I've been told that if I want I can leave the car and they'll fix it Tuesday (it's Sunday).I can't believe that... just shocked, tyre place that takes 3 days to fix a puncher.If I could I'd give -5 stars.Avoid this place!!

I had a slow puncture and was advised to get replacement Tyre Not puncture repair but I was not shown the Tyre and screw in it. I asked to see it and when they had retrieved it they changed their advice and did do a repair. The Tyre was practically new so seemed a waste to junk it when a repair was possible.
