The friendly staff gave incredibly helpful advice and they had what I wanted at a decent price. I'd definitely recommend it over the bigger chains because of the expertise and willingness to help you.

I've bought many times from here,but today was supplied incorrectly, removed sink to show them problem,obnoxious salesman said "we're not professionals "wouldn't give me refund dispite being incorrectly supplied!I didn't even get a sorry ?

Great customer service from staff on site. I ordered a shower tray and doors. The lady in the showroom assured me it was delivery into the property as I stated I lived in a second floor flat and I was assured this wouldn’t be a issue.
