Normally there's a bit of waiting as many people go there but at around 11am it was fairly quick.. very helpful staff.

Lovely staff friendly service. Have to enter via the off-licence entrance. Has wheelchair access spacious inside.

Dreadful. Like most Post Offices nationwide! A failing service and brand since they franchised. Franchises bought by greedy investors who have one counter functional even during busy times! This store is one of the terrible ones! Queues snaking around the store each time I go, with one person serving! In an era time is more precious than ever before, these people need to stop being so greedy and at least attempt to meet demand, instead of having one person serving full time and a second person who will frustratingly open and close the second counter! Nonsense service.

I really don't get all the negative reviews for his Post Office. It's my local so the PO I visit whenever I need one of its services. I have never once had a problem here. Ever. The staff have always been helpful and polite. Public facing jobs are never easy. They do a good job. Thumbs up from me.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but I cant!The worst post office to trust with your parcel. I sent a package to Italy with an iPhone 12 inside more than 3 weeks ago andAccording to my tracking status, the parcel has never left the store. And even though I went there more than once asking to check the CCTVs still, after 2 weeks, they haven't gotten back to me and much less to parcel force. Every time I go, they keep telling me, "we will check the cctvs by today", but I still I or parcel force received any response. Shame to all of you! I will never trust you again, and I hope people can read this comment and avoid relying on you with their parcels.
